About Your New Role:
Are you ready for a role where your compassion and clinical skills can make a lasting difference? As a Registered Nurse in our Drug & Alcohol team, you’ll support clients on their journey to recovery while working alongside a passionate and supportive group of professionals. You'll enjoy the autonomy of managing your own caseload, with the backing of a Clinical Nurse Specialist and access to regular supervision, structured orientation, and monthly education sessions led by a Nurse Educator. This is purpose-driven work with real community impact—delivered not just in Moree, but through outreach to Inverell, Narrabri, and surrounding areas, helping reach those who may otherwise miss out on vital care. What we’re looking for:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel when required

  • A strong understanding of or openness to learn about substance use and dependency

  • A calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to care

  • Someone who thrives in a team and brings positive energy to their work
