- Are you a Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)? Please provide your current Ahpra registration number as a Registered Midwife.
- Summarise your current Midwifery clinical experience including competency to practice as a midwife across the areas of antenatal care, labour, birth, postnatal care, lactation and infant feeding. Please demonstrate your ability to problem solve within the clinical Midwifery environment.
- How do you consistently demonstrate behaviours that reinforce the CORE values of our organisation - Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment?
