About the Role

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a rewarding role in healthcare administration? Our Outpatient Department is seeking a Paediatric Waitlist Clerk to join our team! 
This office-based, non-patient-facing role offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, with hours spanning Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Coordinate patient appointments with care and precision
  • Manage waitlists to optimise clinic efficiency
  • Liaise with medical staff to support seamless operations

You'll receive comprehensive training in our systems and enjoy full support from an experienced administrative team. If you're passionate about making a difference behind the scenes in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle challenges effectively
  •  Clear and professional communication skills, able to liaise across teams and staff

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Sole administrator in this role, requiring initiative and responsibility
  • Experience in an outpatient environment is valued!
