We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-focused Performance Systems Support Manager to join our Executive Management Team. This key leadership position combines your technical expertise and strategic vision to enhance the digital and operational systems that support the delivery of high quality patient care.

What you'll be doing:
In this integral role, you’ll ensure our technology, reporting tools, and clinical systems are running smoothly, efficiently and are aligned with our commitment to safe, consistent and high-quality care.

Your work will encompass:

  • Managing and optimising clinical information systems (eg Titanium)
  • Designing powerful data solutions and insightful Power BI reports
  • Ensuring clinical equipment is functional, supported, and digitally integrated
  • Providing hands-on training and practical, solution focused first-line IT support to dental clinics and our Contact Centre
  • Driving innovation and service improvement projects with real impact
  • Being a trusted and engaged voice on the Oral Health Executive Management Team
