With a $105 million redevelopment of Moree District Hospital now underway, this role is about more than operations, it’s about leaving your mark on the future of rural healthcare. Imagine mentoring your team, implementing new models of care, and working in partnership with district leadership and Health Infrastructure to guide a hospital through generational change. A key part of this role is your involvement in decision-making through various strategic committees, giving you a direct impact on the hospital’s redevelopment. Supported by a dedicated project officer, you’ll have the resources to shape the future of healthcare in the region.

- Familiar with the unique needs and strengths of rural communities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You’ll also hold relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or be actively working towards them. A current driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel within NSW as required are also essential.
