About the role:

  • As a Health and Security Assistant you will play a key role in delivering essential patient care while fostering a safe and supportive environment.
  • You will collaborate with a dedicated health and security team, alongside a professional group of doctors and nurses, to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital, working on a 24/7 roster.
  • Comprehensive orientation, hands-on training, and ongoing mandatory learning will be provided, with continuous support from the Management Team at Guyra

     About you:  

    To thrive in this role, you should be proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude. You must be a team player, while also having the capability and initiative to work independently.

    • Currently, hold a class 1A Security licence or working towards obtaining or willing to obtain.
    • Capable of working shift hours.
    • Knowledge and understanding of privacy and confidentiality standards.
    • Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
