More About the Role

In this role, you’ll be supporting patients on their rehabilitation journey, helping them rebuild independence and confidence. 

Your day will involve a mix of hands-on care and teamwork, including:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Supporting safe mobilisation and rehabilitation goals
  • Medication administration 
  • Wound dressings
  • Contributing to a positive, team-based care environment
     

We’re looking for someone with strong communication and teamwork skills who works well in a collaborative environment. You should bring honesty, respect, and reliability, along with a genuine willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to changing needs.

A positive, patient-focused attitude is essential, as well as good time management skills to help you balance priorities in a busy clinical setting.
