Are you an Enrolled Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a rural community? Boggabilla Community Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our small, supportive team in a unique and culturally diverse remote setting
About the Role
Boggabilla Clinic is a nurse-led, community-based health facility located approximately 120 km from Moree and just 10 km from the Queensland border. As the most remote site within HNE LHD, this role offers a rare opportunity to deliver meaningful, patient-centred care in a close-knit rural community.
Working alongside a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 and Registered Nurses, you will play a vital role in providing safe, high-quality care and supporting the coordination of services across a broad multidisciplinary network.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams across NSW and Queensland
- Support care coordination to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Assist in organising and coordinating visiting healthcare and allied health services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to efficient clinic operations, including administrative and appointment management tasks
About You
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities
- Proven organisational and time management abilities
- Experience in, or willingness to undertake, administrative responsibilities within a clinical setting
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small, multidisciplinary team
- A flexible and adaptable approach to rural and remote healthcare delivery
Working Environment
This role operates within a cross-border healthcare environment, requiring collaboration with key partners including Aboriginal Medical Services, hospitals, emergency services, allied health providers, and community organisations.
