Manilla Multi-Purpose Unit is a small, friendly 54-bed facility providing a blend of acute and residential aged care services. With 40 permanent Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) residents, our team is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a close-knit community setting.

 

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our supportive team. You will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents and patients.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents while working in a welcoming and team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
  • Support the health and wellbeing of RACF residents and acute patients
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

 

About You

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EEN) with AHPRA
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for aged care and rural health
  • Ability to work in a small, supportive team environment
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care
