  • Advanced practice and clinical judgement in your discipline
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience guiding teams
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to rural and community-focused care
  • The ability to build partnerships across agencies and drive service integration
  • Dedication to staff wellbeing, professional development, and continuous learning

Why join us?

  • Be part of something new – help design and grow collaborative teams in evolving services
  • Lead with support – backed by Community Managers, Clinical Coordinators, Heads of Discipline, and a strong district-wide network
  • Grow your career – access clinical supervision, leadership support, and professional development opportunities
  • Live well – enjoy a relaxed rural lifestyle in vibrant, welcoming communities surrounded by stunning landscapes
