About The Role:

Health Manager – Outpatient Services

Our Clinical Care Coordinator – Outpatients is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Health Manager to lead and coordinate outpatient services across Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Plastics, and Ophthalmology.

In this key role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating access to care and aligning clinic capacity with community demand.
  • Overseeing daily clinic activity to ensure appropriate scheduling and avoid overbooking.
  • Managing waitlists effectively, ensuring urgent patients are appropriately prioritised.
  • Addressing service issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the outpatient departments.

We are looking for someone with a clinical or multidisciplinary background who can meet the evolving demands of the role. While a background in health is highly desirable, it is not essential.

This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, with flexible work options available to support work-life balance.
