What you'll be doing
As the Dental Assistant Clinic Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in supporting a dedicated team of Dental Assistants and Administration Officers, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality operation of the Windale Dental Clinic. Your leadership will help drive excellence in patient care and create a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
We’re looking for someone who holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting and is either working towards or willing to complete a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Clinic Coordination or Oral Health Promotion). If you’re a motivated professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for community healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Guide and grow others: Candidates with proven expertise in dental assisting or clinic coordination will be well-equipped to streamline clinical workflows, mentor junior staff, and help shape the future of our service.


Requirements 

  • Completion of a nationally recognised Dental Assisting Certificate course at Certificate Level III or qualifications deemed by the Ministry to be equivalent and progressing towards or willing to obtain a Certificate IV.

  • An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.  
  • To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia.
