About the role:

Step into the dynamic and essential role of Casual Plumber – Trade 4, where your expertise will be integral to maintaining the seamless operation of critical healthcare environments. In this multifaceted position, you will collaborate closely with a skilled team of Electricians, Carpenters, and Handymen across six diverse sites, supported by a dedicated Maintenance Administration function.

You will take ownership of a broad scope of plumbing responsibilities within a hospital setting - delivering high-quality preventative maintenance, completing scheduled monthly works, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the maintenance team. Reporting directly to the Health Service Manager, you will be backed by a cohesive network of Maintenance professionals, Administration, and Leadership teams, ensuring you are well-supported in every aspect of your role.

Comprehensive site orientation will be provided by the Maintenance Team, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to succeed across all locations. In addition, all mandatory training and education will be delivered online, allowing you to stay compliant and up to date with ease.

Requirements:

  • To have completed a Plumbing Apprenticeship and hold a Craftsmen's Certificate of Proficiency with experience working in the Plumbing trade.
