About the role:
This is a fast-paced and rewarding administrative role where you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our clinical operations running smoothly. You'll act as a vital communication bridge between patients, providers, and staff—especially when unexpected changes arise.
Your day-to-day will involve:
• Rebooking appointments and updating schedules when staff are unavailable
• Contacting patients with timely updates about delays or changes to their care
• Liaising with clinicians, support teams, and clients to ensure seamless coordination
• Supporting the care of up to 68 clients at a time within the Transitional Aged Care Program
• Assisting with logistical support, including catering for twice-weekly group sessions
• Managing correspondence, data entry, rostering support, and record keeping
This role combines strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills with a people-first mindset.
