You'll be primarily based at the Finance Team Reception, providing essential administrative support and acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering internal and external enquiries in a professional manner
- Receiving and receding invoices
- Inputting invoice data into payment systems
- General administrative support to the finance team and broader departments as needed

- IT savvy and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Works well both independently and collaboratively
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and show initiative
Work Structure
- Permanent part-time position: Preferred days can be negotiated
- Start and finish times flexible, within business hours
