About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Officer to join our Aged Care Services team in the Lower Mid North Coast. In this vital role, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to help ensure the effective and efficient operation of the service.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll lead and support the administrative team, manage fleet bookings, compile data reports, and coordinate day-to-day tasks to support clinicians and management alike.
Your work will directly contribute to delivering essential aged care services that enhance the health and wellbeing of older people in the community.

Based in Taree, on the beautiful banks of the Manning River, Aged Care Services LMNC provides vital community care to elderly residents across the Lower Mid North Coast region.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Aged Care Services and clinical team members.
- Lead and guide the administration team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage fleet vehicles, including bookings and maintenance coordination.
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly data reports.
- Source quotes, order clinical equipment and stationery supplies.
- Conduct audits, manage podiatry orders, and maintain Excel-based records.
- Coordinate diaries for the Podiatry Service.
- Support the Service Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working as part of a team that truly makes a difference.
