About the Role:

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join the Clinical Information team at Manning Base Hospital. This team plays a vital role in ensuring patient information is digitised with efficiency and precision, contributing to safe, high-quality care across the hospital.

In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive group responsible for scanning and maintaining patient documentation in the Digital Medical Record (DMR). You’ll also assist with general customer service and administration duties, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Accurately scan and process patient documentation into the DMR.
  • Contribute to a range of administrative and customer service tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling patient information.
  • Work as part of a roster that includes both weekdays and weekends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure service delivery meets operational needs.

 

About You:

You are a reliable, detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a team environment and understands the importance of patient confidentiality. You’re flexible, proactive and able to adapt to changing priorities.


You must have:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional standards.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as rostered.
