We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive Administration Cashier to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting a range of services within the hospital by providing high-quality administrative and cashier support.
Days: Monday & Tuesday
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
(Potential for additional hours to cover leave)
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments both in person and over the phone
- Manage patient valuables with care and confidentiality
- Handle enquiries with professionalism and care
- Manage nursing and emergency accommodation bookings and coordination
- Create and issue ID badges for staff
Key Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident in making decisions and managing competing priorities
- Team player who works collaboratively with others
- Confident in communicating needs and supporting a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience with cash handling procedures is highly desired
