About the Role

As a Registered Nurse - Community Health, you'll provide hands-on, relationship-based care in clinic and home settings, helping clients live safely and independently. You'll manage wound care, foot care, catheters, medications and palliative support, working alongside another Registered Nurse (RN), two Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and an experienced Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) with specialist backup as needed.
This flexible 20-hour-per-week rotating roster offers variety, autonomy and sustainability - perfect for long-term career satisfaction without burnout.

About You

  • Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel for home visits

  • Community nursing experience desirable (full support provided for transitions)
