The opportunity 

The Program Manager, Design Standardisation (the Role) leads the Design Standardisation Program within NSW Health Infrastructure. The Role involves collaborating with HI capital project teams, internal experts, the Ministry of Health and Health Entities, and industry partners to gather insights from industry best practices and benchmarks, Health capital project evaluations, input from stakeholders, and empirical research as required  

This Role:

  • develops impactful initiatives within the Program for implementation in current or future health capital projects
  • facilitates the stakeholder engagement
  • manage multidisciplinary teams to implement initiatives on time and within budget  

Additionally, this Role work closely with the Change Manager to drive a change program that supports the implementation of the new initiatives, addresses or mitigates potential design variations, and recommends improvement in the capital projects assurance process.  

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for two years, based at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards.  

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
