  1. Demonstrated experience and sound knowledge in providing administrative support in a diverse service industry organisation and/or relevant qualifications or equivalent.
  2. Demonstrated high level skills working in a team environment and the ability to work productively in a collaborative and virtual team environment.
  3. Demonstrated skills in office support technology including Microsoft Office suite and record management systems.
  4. High level communication skills (verbal and written) and effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders in NSW Health.
  5. Flexible approach with demonstrated time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
  6. High level organisational skills, attention to detail including the ability to successfully manage competing priorities and meet non-negotiable deadlines.
  7. Able to work as an effective member of a flexible and creative team and the capacity to work flexibly with minimal direction and supervision.
