- Demonstrated extensive instructional design experience in creating a range of interactive, self-paced online learning products.
- Proven advanced writing and composition skills for online learning.
- Proven experience creating instructional strategy documentation, content planning, storyboards/wireframing, design briefs and instructional material to a high quality.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and proven experience working with clients and stakeholder groups / subject matter experts (SME) over the course of a learning project.
- Experience working with designers, developers, QA testing over a project lifecycle.
- Experience working in a team environment and with experience in guiding non eLearning practitioners in the design of complex learning solutions.
Essential Criteria: National Police Check – all preferred candidates must clear a National Police Check prior to an offer of employment being made.
During the selection process candidates may be required to undergo additional assessments in determining their suitability for the role.
