- Demonstrated expert skill and experience in the niche area of quality assurance in online educational products. This should include various online education methods such as eLearning, HTML, gamification, apps, video, podcasts and vodcasts and the variety of tools available within each medium
- Demonstrated advanced attention to detail particularly pertaining to beta testing, migrating data and working within different technologies
- Demonstrated ability to support and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines, managing stakeholder quality assurance negotiations
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders in health workforce education and training, including the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of quality assurance methodologies and processes
