- Demonstrated excellent and effective communication skills and customer service skills i.e. written and verbal.
- Demonstrated effective computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft based software systems.
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and emotional intelligence during system emergencies i.e. cardiac arrests, security issues, distressed customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client/patients and relevant Health Service Business at all times.
- Ability to work shift work.
- Ability to work within other Hotel Services Departments.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
