To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Demonstrated understanding of requirements of legislation, commercial contracts and customers for commercial travel booking.
- Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills, including well versed telephone etiquette, to build and maintain working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven effectiveness leading a team, planning and coordinating work, coaching and developing staff, to achieve performance targets.
- Demonstrated successful track record in methodical and accurate record keeping, transaction processing services, data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, prioritise and manage a wide variety of tasks.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
