To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Social Work Degree with eligibility of membership of AASW.
- Demonstrated advanced practice skills in the provision of a therapeutic counselling services to children, adults and families in a range of environments and contexts, working autonomously and exercising intendent professional judgement.
- Experience managing a Social Work team and service, including effective recruitment, leadership, management, supervision, development and performance of direct reports, as well as financial management and clinical governance systems.
- Demonstrated ability to establish collaborative partnerships with external agencies and programs, adhering to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or professional standards where applicable.
