About Broken Hill

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current NSW drivers licence.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills, inclusive of computer skills.
- Demonstrated experience in comprehensive physical, psychosocial and psychological assessment of the older person.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to deliver health care in a multidisciplinary framework.
- Demonstrated knowledge of community based services available to the older person (>65 years).
- Prior experience in working in an Emergency Department setting and knowledge of referrals to community based settings.
- Post registration education in aged care or gerontology or equivalent in experience.
