- Related qualification and/or experience in Project Management, Change Management or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated project and/or change management experience with the ability to develop, monitor and reach determined outcomes in a rural health care setting.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to listen to others; and to prepare written material that is concise, accurate, well-structured and easy to follow.
- Capacity to organise, plan and prioritise work, documentation and schedules accurately, responding appropriately to changing circumstances where necessary.
- Ability to perform basic research and critically analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across a large geographic area, which may include overnight stays.
