We’re expanding our team and looking to hire multiple Principal Applications Technical Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering complex systems architecture, providing expert guidance and advisory services, and ensuring platforms are built, operated, and maintained in alignment with strategic roadmaps.

You’ll join a high-performing team of specialists leading the design, implementation, and support of platforms such as Taleo, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle E-Business Suite. These platforms support key business areas including Finance, HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Supply Chain, Recruitment, and Performance Management.

Role 1 - Oracle HCM Cloud:

  • Proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula and Security, along with strong database skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of OCI PaaS platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM using OIC, ATP & APEX.
  • Proven experience in in architecting, designing and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules that are secure and scalable using various technology stacks.
  • Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle and different framework or methodologies such as Agile, Behaviour Driven Development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD model of development.

Role 2 - Oracle E-Business Suite HR and Payroll:

  • Proven expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite), particularly in Payroll, Core HR, Time and Labour, and Self-Service Human Resources, along with a deep understanding of the related business processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with technologies and tools including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Approvals Management Engine (AME), Fast Formula, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), XML Publisher, Java, and interface development.
  • Support and deliver solutions through the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom extensions and integrations with third-party and legacy systems.
  • Technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Security is desirable.
