About the Opportunity

As Contract Manager of our Supplier Relationship Management Team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through managing ICT contracts end-to-end, ensuring supplier performance, risk management, and value for money. You will also support NSW Health entities in applying effective contract management processes and strategies for nominated ICT agreements

This role offers the opportunity to lead robust contract management for critical ICT projects that drive NSW Health’s digital transformation and improve healthcare delivery. You will manage contracts end-to-end, oversee supplier performance and risk, and work with platforms such as SAP Ariba and ServiceNow. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you’ll implement supplier relationship frameworks, refine processes, and ensure value for money while supporting strategic outcomes across NSW Health.

In this role, you will:

  • Research, develop and implement frameworks and strategies to improve supplier governance and strengthen relationships.
  • Create and execute detailed Contract Management Plans, including KPIs, governance structures, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
  • Provide expert advice on contract clauses and supplier performance strategies to enhance procurement outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder and strategic supplier relationships to minimise risk and maximise value.
  • Lead complex negotiations for contract variations, renewals, and disputes to deliver better commercial outcomes.

  • Possesses exceptional organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, prioritise effectively, and deliver results while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Shows a proven capacity to contribute to strategic initiatives, manage change, and promote continuous improvement across the organisation.
