About the Opportunity
As a Commercial Analyst in our Finance Team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through developing and applying financial concepts for long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver actionable insights, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning—turning numbers into meaningful results.
In this role, you will:
- Fulfil regulatory reporting compliance requirements for primary and supplementary financial statements and disclosures.
- Translate complex financial data into meaningful analysis and reports to support informed decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders, providing expert financial advice and coaching on budget planning, capital investments, cost modelling, and financial performance.
About You
Hold tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related field, with full membership with a recognised Australian professional accounting body CPA/CA/CIMA or equivalent accounting qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, with experience in financial consultation, reporting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and managing budget processes within a division or business area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in data modelling and analysis, and hands-on experience with ERP and BI systems.
