About the Opportunity
As an Administration Officer within SDPR, Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority, providing essential support to deliver one of the state’s most transformative healthcare programs. You’ll play a key role in coordinating operations, managing documentation, and enabling connected, safe care across NSW.
In this role, you will:
Maintain accurate records and manage document control within our document management system.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement processes and support the delivery of projects and strategies across the SDPRIA program.
Provide a broad range of administrative support, including calendar and meeting coordination and minute-taking.
Deliver timely and efficient advice while ensuring a positive customer experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
You have proven experience in providing high-level administrative support and managing competing priorities.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with systems for data entry and records management.
You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
You will succeed in this role if you:

This role may require evening, night, weekend and/or shift work, in accordance with operational needs and Award provisions.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
'Exempt' is defined as a fixed term contract with a length greater than 13 weeks.
