About the Opportunity
As a Senior Test Manager within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will be responsible for establishing and leading a Test Strategy in all aspects of a large and complex ICT digital program. The role works within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority and will lead the execution of all testing activities associated with its program of work
In this role, you will:
- Lead testing for large, complex projects to deliver initiatives on time and to quality standards.
- Drive end-to-end test management, including strategy, planning, resourcing and reporting.
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure successful testing outcomes.
- Strengthen testing capability through standardised practices, innovation and knowledge sharing.
About You
We are looking for someone who has
- Extensive experience in Test management and proven success applying testing methodologies in complex organisations, covering both transformation projects and operational delivery. Skilled in integrating testing into daily operations to support organisational goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing high-performing specialist teams, with the ability to influence, build strong capabilities and develop talent.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent and /or certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent. This includes demonstrated experience in end-to-end testing of ICT / digital systems under development and ongoing maintenance of the quality assurance processes.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and governing test automation within a safety‑critical digital health environment, aligned to quality, safety and assurance frameworks.
