With your skills and experience, you can help enrich the lives of millions while developing your career within Australia’s largest health organisation—alongside passionate tech professionals, health partners and industry leaders building solutions that truly make a difference.

About the Opportunity

As the Scrum Master in our Cloud and Enterprise Infrastructure Services at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through guiding and coaching multiple scrum teams on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver high-impact, critical technology and infrastructure projects, platforms and services.

This role offers the opportunity to work with teams that manage and support critical 24/7 statewide technology platforms and infrastructure, balancing safe operations with delivery initiatives that are key enablers for strategic programs for eHealth NSW, the Single Digital Patient Record program and the broader NSW Health system.

•    Facilitate Scrum events and foster adherence to agile principles and scrum methodologies.
•    Partner with Product Owners and technical leaders on backlog refinement, prioritisation, and transparency.
•    Drive delivery and remove impediments to improve team effectiveness and support teams in meeting delivery goals
•    Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile practice uplift.
•    Build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders to influence and support collaboration.

About You

•    Certified in Scrum and Agile, with at least two years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
•    Highly organised with strong communication and facilitation skills.
•    Able to facilitate, guide, and uplift teams in agile practices and ways of working.
•    Act as a role model by demonstrating personal integrity and accountability in all work
•    Experience supporting Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and product teams in complex ICT operations environments preferred.
•    Passionate about creating a constructive workplace culture and promoting a collaborative environment
