About the Opportunity
As a Program Support Officer within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will undertake a range of program research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of programs, in line with established program plans and objectives.

In this role, you will:

·         Support program delivery by monitoring milestones, deliverables, costs and timelines.

·         Maintain accurate program documentation to ensure compliance with agreed methodologies.

·         Analyse information and undertake basic research to support briefs and decision-making.

·         Coordinate administrative, secretariat and stakeholder communications to support implementation.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

·         Demonstrated experience coordinating and supporting complex, large-scale ICT programs, ensuring schedules, milestones and deliverables are effectively managed.

·         Proven capability in maintaining program documentation, schedules, and risk and issues registers, with the ability to identify and escalate program risks appropriately.

·         Experience supporting program decisionmaking through analysis, reporting, stakeholder communication and preparation of briefs and governance materials.

·         Experience in providing secretariat services supporting governance arrangements, including the preparation of agendas, papers and accurate, concise minutes for senior governance forums
