About the Opportunity
As a Human Resources Business Partner in our People and Culture team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare by delivering strategic and operational HR services to portfolio clients. In this pivotal role, you will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and apply your expertise to support our organisation goals.  Your contributions will add tangible value to business units, drive high performance, and align with our broader business and workforce objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver expert HR advice and support across all stages of the employee lifecycle – including people management, staff engagement, HR policy guidance, industrial relations support, leadership and team capability development.
  • Partner with leaders to build strong, collaborative relationships and provide tailored coaching and advice on a range of HR matters.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant HR policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations to uphold best practices across the organisation
  • Lead and contribute to key projects that drive continuous improvement and support a high-performing, values-driven culture at eHealth NSW.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture teams to provide comprehensive HR support and advice.

About You

You’ll bring a combination of professional expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to everything you do. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience in a similar HR business partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and legislative framework
  • Proven ability to provide high quality, strategic HR advice and support across a range of complex workforce matters.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence, coach and partner with leaders at all levels.
