About the Opportunity
As an integral member of the NSW AIR Integration service, you will be contributing the following knowledge base, experience and skill set:

  • Working closely with patient care delivery teams across all Local Health Districts and Speciality Health Networks 
  • Significant knowledge and experience in the use and support of clinical ICT applications.
  • Medical records capture, quality assurance and records management. 
  • eHealth Service Delivery integration between Local Health Districts and national health services. 
  • Working collaboratively with state and national stakeholders. 
  • Data gathering, reporting, analysis and interpretation 

 

About You
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with: 

  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at state and national level including vendors.
  • Demonstrated understanding of changes and upgrades to the various eMR domains and related idiosyncrasies  
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small dynamic team with competing priorities.
  • Excellent skills in analysing business requirements and functional specifications to guide technical development 
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot incidents, identify issues proactively and come up with working solutions 
  • A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development. 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage or meet deadlines, using a customer-centric approach.
