Remuneration: $64,985.00 - $ 108,229.00 per annum (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

About the role:      

The DASW role can be grouped into four categories of activity, as determined by the Team Manager to meet the needs of the local community. The current focus of this role: 

Administrative and Service Support Activity 

Preparation of consumer handouts and resources 

Assist with documentation, such as discharge letters or reports and general administration activity 

Coordinate YES/ CES survey distribution and collection  

Documentation of direct consumer care work in the electronic medical record.
