Employment Type:  Temporary Full Time (until 30 June 2026) 
Position Classification: Health Education Officer (Grad/Non Grad)    
Remuneration:$64,985.00 - $ 108,229.00 per annum (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)
Hours Per Week: 38

About the role:      

The DASW role can be grouped into four categories of activity, as determined by the Team Manager to meet theneeds of the local community. The current focus of this role: 

Administrative and Service Support Activity 

Preparation of consumer handouts and resources 

Assist with documentation, such as discharge letters or reports and general administration activity 

Coordinate YES/ CES survey distribution and collection 

Documentation of direct consumer care work in the electronic medical record.
