Organisational Effectiveness Advisor - Implementation

1. Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing complex state-wide projects and services. This includes capabilities and experience in systems, strategy, change, human behaviour and project management to plan, manage change, improve performance and project-manage.
2. Expert knowledge of, and practical experience with public sector structures, policies and processes or demonstrated comparable experience in another complex industry setting.
3. Demonstrable ability to translate theory and data into actionable strategic and operational plans.
4. Superior analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare written reports, correspondence, briefing notes and submissions, and deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused organisational development solutions.
5. Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
6. Superior leadership, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging senior stakeholders and customers to drive capability development and achieve business outcomes.
7. Current driver’s license and capacity and willingness to travel to business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stays in regional/remote areas
