Position Classification & Remuneration Dependent on Qualifications:
Nurse Unit Manager Level 2: $133,112.74 per annum + rural incentives
Senior Psychologist: $119,206.00 - $129,171.00 per annum + rural incentives
Clinical Psychologist: $109,247.00 - $133,156.00 per annum + rural incentives

On offer is a Permanent Full Time Team Leader position working within the Lithgow Mental Health Team. The position will ensure high standards of consumer care and professional clinical practice.
The successful incumbent will develop and maintain systems to ensure recovery oriented service provision for consumers requiring community mental health care. The role will also be responsible for ensuring the professional development of clinical staff under the Team Leader’s management

What you will bring to the role
- Nurse Unit Manager Grade 2, Occupational Therapist or Clinical Psychologist / Senior Psychologist registered with AHPRA or Social Worker eligible for membership to AASW
- Demonstrated extensive Mental Health cCinical skills and experience
- Demonstrated successful management experience and/or proven ability to provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team including skills and experience in clinical service management and quality improvement programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change within the workplace, balance competing demands and motivate staff
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to, a recovery focused model of care, incorporating consumer and carer consultation within the mental health service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills, and computer literacy
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary community mental health service issues
- Current NSWs drivers licence and willingness to use same for work purposes
