About the Opportunity

As a Site Supervisor / CARPS Controller, you will:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily Environmental Services operations across Gosford and Woy Woy Hospitals.
  • Manage day-to-day task allocation through the CARPS system.
  • Support and mentor a dedicated team of staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean hospital environment, supporting excellent patient care.
  • This role incorporates night shifts as part of a set 4-week rotating roster (mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends).

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Current NSW Driver's licence and willingness to travel as required by the position.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise a team including ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Good computer skills and sound customer service skills.
  • Ability to implement and monitor policy and procedures relevant to Environmental Services.
