About the Opportunity

Our Community Allied Health Services deliver care across home, community and group program settings, supporting people to remain safe, independent and well in their own homes wherever possible. We have a range of positions (temporary and permanent) for eligible Level 3 Senior Physiotherapist who thrive on a diverse, interesting and varied clinical caseload in both home and community settings, and who enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team context.

As a Senior Physiotherapist level 3, you will provide advanced, evidence-informed clinical care to patients, families, and carers while leading and mentoring other physiotherapy staff and students. Your role will influence service delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and support continuous improvement. 

The roster pattern for this role is a job share across a 7 day roster pattern (including regular weekend shifts)

In this role you will:

• Provide high-level physiotherapy care for complex cases requiring advanced practice skills.
• Exercise independent professional judgement to solve problems and manage challenging cases.
• Identify, implement, and evaluate initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services.
• Supervise and mentor Level 1/2 physiotherapists, allied health assistants, and students.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with professional, legal, ethical, and evidence-based standards.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience providing clinical supervision, education, and mentoring to physiotherapy staff and students.
• Demonstrated advanced reasoning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Commitment to evidence-informed practice, continuous improvement, and professional development.
