About the Opportunity
The Rostering & Payroll Supervisor role is a pivotal position that plays a proactive and integral role in delivering high-level administrative, operational and customer support services.
In this role you will:
- Deliver efficient rostering and payroll support, manage resources to meet service and project deadlines, apply policies and procedures for sound decision-making, and review systems to enhance effectiveness.
- Navigate competing deadlines, exercise initiative and sound judgement in complex situations, and maintain attention to detail across high-volume workflows.
- Model professionalism and strong customer service, foster positive multidisciplinary relationships, and contribute to team goals through collaboration and accountability.
- Support a respectful, communicative, and partnership-focused environment that reinforces high standards and positive team dynamics.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Experience in rostering and payroll or high-level administrative operations in a complex environment.
- Sound judgement and initiative to make informed decisions independently within a defined remit.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, professional approach with a commitment to accuracy, customer service, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
