About the Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse in Women’s Health, you will deliver high-quality specialist nursing care, supporting women across the Central Coast in achieving optimal health outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in promoting health, early disease recognition, and intervention, while contributing to education, outreach clinics, and community health initiatives.
In this role you will:
- Provide direct clinical care, assessment, planning, and evaluation using best-practice principles.
- Deliver outreach women’s clinics and participate in health promotion activities.
- Support and educate clients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and analyse service data to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to women of all ages

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA and current registration; current driver’s license.
- Recent nursing/midwifery experience relevant to Women’s Health OR willingness to participate in the 12-month fixed-term program including Family Planning NSW clinical accreditation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and health professionals.
- Sound computer literacy and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Commitment to CCLHD’s CORE values, and to providing compassionate, client-focused care.
