This community-based role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, no 24/7 roster pattern, so you can reclaim your weekends while supporting patients, their carers and families across the Central Coast.
About the Role
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver holistic respiratory nursing care across community centres and home settings. From assessment to care planning and education, you’ll partner with patients, their carers and families to promote self-management, reduce hospitalisations, and improve quality of life.
- Provide patient-centred nursing care in both community and home environments.
- Collaborate closely with allied health professionals, GPs, and support networks.
- Empower patients, carers and families through education and personalised health plans.
- Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
Working days: Monday to Friday (days negotiated with the successful candidate).

About You
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Current unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence (some travel required).
- Experience in respiratory services or community health, with a passion for supporting people with chronic and complex conditions.
- Strong clinical communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centred care.
