NSW Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the local implementation of the Adult Survivors Program, a key statewide reform initiative addressing the long-term impacts of child sexual abuse. This program has been developed in response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and aims to improve outcomes for adult survivors—particularly those living with complex trauma and requiring integrated mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and governance for the local delivery of the Adult Survivors Program.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across clinical services, executive leadership, government partners, and community organisations.
- Oversee the implementation of a sustainable, integrated local model of care aligned with NSW Health’s statewide framework.
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Coordinator – Adult Survivors Program and the Violence, Abuse and Neglect (VAN) leadership team.
- Deliver high-quality project management including planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation.
- Drive improved integration of trauma-informed care across health services.
- Ensure alignment with findings and recommendations from the statewide pilot evaluation.

About You:
- You have relevant qualifications and documentation that show you meet the Essential Requirements of the role.
- You hold an eligible NSW drivers licence and willing to travel around the Central Coast where required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, cross-sectoral projects in health, community services, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and experience working in or alongside mental health and AOD services.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and collaboration across complex systems.
- High-level organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable populations and promoting safe, respectful care environments.
