About the Role

Provide clinical leadership and nursing management of Endoscopy services.
Coordinate high-quality patient care aligned with GENCA, ACORN, NSW Health, and CCLHD standards.
Collaborate with the Perioperative Nurse Manager and medical teams to manage elective and emergency case flow.
Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and financial management of the Endoscopy unit.
Drive quality and safety initiatives, staff development, and evidence-based practice.
Lead performance improvement processes and participate in accountability meetings.

About You

You are a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration and extensive endoscopy nursing and management experience. 
You bring strong leadership skills, a commitment to high standards of care, and a sound understanding of GENCA and ACORN guidelines.
You have proven financial management skills, are confident reviewing budgets, and ensure efficient service delivery.
You’re a motivated leader with a track record of driving change, improving models of care, and leading high-performing teams.
