Are you a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact? Join the Community Nursing team at Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), where your expertise will help individuals live independently, manage chronic health conditions, recover from illness, and maintain dignity in their own homes.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver clinical services incorporating wound care (including negative pressure wound therapy, compression therapy, acute/surgical, atypical and chronic wounds), catheter and continence management and may be required to assist Community Registered Nurses delivering care to palliative clients.  

You will be part of a supportive and professional team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the Central Coast community.

About You

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.

  • Competent clinical skills aligned with the Enrolled Nurse Standards of Practice.

  • Strong abilities in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
