At Central Coast Local Health District, our vision is clear: Trusted care. Better health for everyone.

Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives? Do you thrive in a team that values collaboration, laughter, and connection just as much as clinical excellence? Join a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, accessible care to children, adolescents, and their families. These roles are Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

About the Role

  • Deliver holistic, trauma-informed support – Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, assertive outreach, and intensive case management for young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges.
  • Partner with families and communities – Work closely with carers, schools, headspace, and local agencies to create wraparound, family-inclusive care that strengthens support networks.
  • Empower and inspire young people – Offer therapy, crisis intervention, and comprehensive assessments while building playful, creative, and empathetic relationships that foster resilience and self-expression.
  • Thrive in a supportive team culture – Join a close-knit, multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, camaraderie, and fun, while being recognised for excellence in carer and family experience
