About You 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with a wide range of people, both in person and in writing. 

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and solve problems by applying sound judgement, established procedures, and a solutions-focused approach in a busy team environment. 

  • Well-developed administrative and digital skills including accurate data entry, confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel, email and internet applications, and the ability to learn new systems and databases quickly.

Vaccination Requirements  

All NSW Health workers are required to comply with the Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy Directive (PD2024_015). This includes:  

  • Category A positions: Mandatory evidence of protection against specified infectious diseases, including annual influenza vaccination and tuberculosis assessment.  

  • Category B positions: Vaccination is recommended but not mandatory.

NSW Health strongly recommends all workers stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations as per the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation guidelines. However, COVID-19 vaccination is not a condition of employment.
